A host sets the tone before the event, welcomes everyone in, handles introductions, and makes sure nobody gets left on the edge of the group. It's the most important job we have, and we pay for it.
Whatyou'd do
- Run one or more events a month from the club calendar.
- Email your group beforehand - introduce yourself and set the vibe.
- Arrive early, greet everyone by name, make the introductions.
- Keep the group moving and the energy up, then close the night out.
- Tell us how it went so we keep making the calendar better.
